# Symbol conventions

KlickAnalytics provides access to global symbols. In order to access these symbols, we used the following symbology guidelines:

**Symbol Format:** Use the symbol code\

**Examples:**\
\
MSFT - Microsoft Corporation\
AMZN - Amazon

<mark style="color:orange;">Global Indices</mark>

**Symbol Format: '$' sign** and the symbol of the index\
\
**Examples:**\
\
**$**&#x47;SPC - SP500\
**$**&#x44;JI - Dow Jones Index

<mark style="color:orange;">Mutual Funds</mark>

**Symbol Format:** The symbol followed by **'$' sign** and the **country ISO code**\
\
**Examples:**\
\
TRAM&#x58;**.US** - Africa and MiddleEast Fund\
TRBC&#x58;**.US** - Blue Chip Growth Fund

**Symbol Format:** Use the symbol code\

**Examples:**\

USDEUR - US Dollar / Euro\
JPYEUR - Japanese Yen / Euro

**Symbol Format:** Use the symbol code\
\
**Examples:**\

BCHUSD - Bitcoin\
EOSUSD - EOS

**Symbol Format: '$' sign** and the symbol of the commodity instrument\

**Examples:**\
\
**$**&#x43;L - Crude Oil \
**$**&#x47;C - Gold

**Symbol Format: '$' sign** and the symbol of the economic indicator\
\
**Examples:**\
\
**$**&#x47;DP - Gross Domestic Product \
**$**&#x49;NDPRO - Industrial Production Index
