# Billing and refund policy

You may cancel the automatic renewal of your KlickAnalytics account by from your account page.

Due to immediate costs incurred upon account creation, we are unable to offer refunds for initial orders or first-time purchases. Exceptions are made for yearly renewal charges if you inadvertently forget to cancel and are no longer using the service. Contact us within 24 hours of being charged for consideration. Monthly plans are never refundable and can only be cancelled going forward.

If you do not cancel automatic renewal of your membership prior to your renewal date, we will (and you authorize us to) charge your membership fee to the credit card we have on file for you for that renewal period. **All fees paid are non-refundable. All sales are final. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription.**

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://klickanalytics.gitbook.io/docs/miscellaneous/information/billing-and-refund-policy.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
